Generate reports for sharing and record keeping

You can download a .pdf of your order form from the web portal of FusiformCAST at clinic.fusiform.co

  1. Log in at the above url with your email and password (this is the same that you use for the IPad App)

  2. Navigate to the desired order ( Find it either (A) In the Home Page "Your Orders", (B) On the "All Orders" Tab (C) Find it within the Patient)

  3. On the right side of the Order Overview, you can see the Order "Actions" box. Click "Generate Report"

  4. A .pdf of the completed order form will be generated.
