Placing a re-order can help users create a new order for the patient without having to re-fill out order forms or re-scan a patient. Re-orders can also be used when the user needs to make changes or edits to an already submitted form, but please inform the vendor of any changes before submitted a re-order.

Creating a Re-Order on FusiformCAST

  1. Navigate to the order that you want to re-order using the Orders tab or the Patient Overview page.

  2. Once you've navigated to the specific order, select the "Re-Order" button in order to create a copy of the current order.

  3. Once you've confirmed "Re-Order" on the modal, the user will taken to the Order Overview page for the new order where you can open to order form, edit any order form fields, and re-submit the order.

Creating a Re-order on clinic.fusiform.co

If you wish to place a 'Re-Order' you will simply need to create a new order for the patient and submit it. Please Note: You DO NOT have to re-scan the patient! Assuming you saved the Scans to the Patient Profile, you should simply be able to re-attach them to the new order. If you did not save the Scans to the Patient Profile, and only uploaded them to the previous order, please follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to the FusiformCAST on the web portal at clinic.fusiform.co and login with your email and the password you created when you first received your invite. (If you do not remember this, use this link to reset your password)

  2. Find your previous order and navigate to the Order Overview (Shown Below) and scroll to the bottom to find the "Attached Media" table. Find your scan in this table, and "Convert and Download" (use meters and .obj) it to your downloads folder.

  3. Navigate to your Patient's Profile and upload the scans using the 'Add Media' button in the bottom right

4. In your new order for the patient, attach the patient scans from the patient profile.
