Archiving Patients, Images, or Scans

This article reviews how to archive content.

Archiving Patients

Archiving patients removes the patients from being accessible from the app. Patients cannot be unarchived.

  1. Navigate to the “Home” or “Patients” tab

  2. Use the search bar to search for the patient you would like to update by patient name

  3. Select the card associated with the patient that you want to archive

  4. Select the “Archive” button on the top-right of the screen

  5. Select “Yes” on the archive confirmation modal


Archiving Images

Archiving images removes the patients from being accessible from the app. Images cannot be unarchived.

  1. Navigate to the “Home” or “Images” tab

  2. Use the search bar to search for the image you would like to update by the image name

  3. Select the card associated with the image that you want to archive

  4. Select the “trashcan” icon on the bottom-right of the screen

  5. Select “Yes” on the archive confirmation modal

Archiving scans removes the patients from being accessible from the app. Scans cannot be unarchived.

  1. Navigate to the “Home” or “Scans” tab

  2. Use the search bar to search for the scan you would like to update by the scan name

  3. Select the card associated with the scan that you want to archive

  4. Select the “trashcan” icon on the bottom-right of the screen

  5. Select “Yes” on the archive confirmation modal
