We are always actively working with Structure to improve the sensor's performance, so make sure you are updated to the most recent version of FusiformCAST in the App Store on your iPad.

Please use the Firmware instructions link below to ensure you have the most recent Structure Sensor firmware.

If you still experience a loss of tracking after updating firmware, please try the IR Offset & Stereo Refinement link at the bottom. That has helped many users to get better tracking with their sensors.

After updating both firmware and Stereo Refinement please follow the steps in the Calibrator app to re-calibrate the sensor one last time.

Please let us know if the situation does not improve after performing these steps and looking through the troubleshooting resources.
