You may have already accepted the invite, in which case you already have access to this Vendor. If currently in the FusiformCAST App, close out of the App fully and then log back in. Click 'Add Order' to see if you now have access to this Vendor.
The invite may have expired. If this is the case, please reach out to your Vendor point of contact to have them send you a new invite
If you are copying and pasting the link, confirm you have copied the whole, correct url.
When navigating to an invite URL you may come across the message: 'Access could not be granted'. This can occur for a number of reasons.
