In order to "Edit an Autofill Template" you will need to create a new one and delete the old one. You can easily achieve this by:
Applying the old template to the Form
Making necessary changes to the Form
Saving this updated Form Section as a new template (See Using Autofill Templates)
You can then delete the original by clicking the "X" to the right of the template name in the dropdown
