The FusiformCAST App requires that the IPad be secured with an authentication method, either a Passcode (4-6 Digit Pin Code) or Touch ID.
Whichever method is on the IPad when you first log into the CAST App, will be the method that is baked into your saved log-in credentials. If Fusiform is prompting you for Touch ID, but you want this removed, you will need to follow the below instructions:
Ensure all data is synched on this account before moving forward
From the log-in screen of the Fusiform App, click 'Remove An Account', then select the User, and confirm 'Remove'. This will remove your saved credentials
Within your Ipad 'Settings' you will need to go to 'Touch ID & Passcode' and make sure that Touch ID is fully turned off for your Ipad, the saved fingerprints are removed, and a Passcode is turned on for the Ipad.
Now that your IPad is set for Passcode and has fingerprint removed, you can log back into the Fusiform App. This will save your credentials with only a Passcode Requirement
