Archive an Order:
Navigate to the Order Overview in the IPad app, and look for the below icon. Please Note: You can only archive Incomplete Orders. If you wish to cancel an order that have already been sent to the vendor, you must reach out to your vendor point of contact
Archive a Patient:
Navigate to the Patient Overview in the IPad app, and look for the below icon. Please Note: Archiving a Patient will remove this Patient and its contained Media from the application. Orders created for this Patient and scans attached to Orders from this Patient, will remain untouched.
Archive Media:
Navigate to the Media Overview/Preview in the IPad app, and look for the below icon. Please Note: Media that is attached to an Order through the Order form, must be Archived through the Order Form.
